Adverbial? 'who is talking to your mother' modifies the noun 'woman'. It's a relative clause. How do you get the description 'adverbial' out of that?

OK, but I was asking the OP where he got that terminology. Maybe it says something crazy like that in his book? As you know, we find the strangest things in teaching materials developed by non-natives.
