With "attempt", "opportunity" and the noun "go" we use "at" as in
"at the first opportunity/attempt",
"at one go"
So can we use "at" with "chance" too ?
Similarly can we use "on" with "attempt", "opportunity" and "go" ?

Each word takes its own preposition; you cannot extrapolate from one to the other.
