Challenge yourself to......

Do the expressions "to challenge yourself to something" and "to challenge yourself to do something" exist?

If so, when do you use them?

Would you please give me some examples?

Thank you.

teal lime Do the expressions "to challenge yourself to something" and "to challenge yourself to do something" exist? I can't find any examples of the first one. It seems there is always an infinitive after the reflexive.
