Cerebral

Hi,

A vocabulary book I'm reading says 'a cerebral discussion is one that is filled with big words and concerns abstruse matters that ordinary people can't understand', yet I don't seem to be able to find this definition of 'cerebral' in my dictionary. What do you think?
