Cement production and concrete production

The two pictorial illustrate the diffrent in the process of equipment to make up cement and how cement is become concrete with the other material.

As we can see that,in the product of cement has six stages which begin with limestone, clay and finish is cement bags. On the other hand, there are four main material used to produce concrete.

The first picture, the limestone and clay put into the crusher and then become powders. The next steps, those powders are added into the mixer. Before heating, they go through in rotating heater.finally, they are crushed in the grinder before becoming cement.the final product is bags cement.

Seconaly picture, to produce for concrete need water,cement,sand and gravel which have diffrent percentage. Fristly, we give 10% water mixed with 15% cerment together.Along them, 25% for sand and 50% for small stones.finally, the concrete production is made after four marterial is blend in the concrete mixer.
