Oil wells are cemented, to prevent the water seeping in from layers permeable to water, by the use of water and cement mixture under pressure in the space between the protection pipes and rocks. At first, oil is bailed from the deepest oil field, and when it is exhausted, the lower part of the oil well is filled with cement and oil bailing from the upper layer begins. The flow of oil is ensured by explosives which blows up the protection pipe and cement shell.
