CCTV
I would be grateful if someone help me to correct my letter.
Dear Contractor
Referring to your letter ref: ET602502/753463 dated 15 September 2006 regarding the outstanding for the provision of CCTV signal output, we would like to advise that all CCTV signal output have been installed adjacent to the existing cable TV equipment in TBE room of Tower A to Tower E on 19 Sept 2006 as result of our site inspection.
Furthermore, your work schedule shall be submitted for our easy management before delegating your staff to complete the captioned connection.
Enclosed herewith some photos of CCTV signal output for your information.
Please free feel to let us know if the Estate Management Office can be of any assistance to facilitate your work. Thanks a lot for your attention and cooperation.
