Chocolate is uncountable.You can have some, or not have any.
Chocolates (plural) reffer to the small individual pieces flavored or stuffed that usually come in a box (a box of of chocolates). You can have one or two chocolates...
Otherwise we say a piece of chocolate or a bar of chocolate, a few pieces of chocolate, two bars of chocolate etc.
