() 'Cause your skin looks so smooth and clean.

Peter: Hey, Eric. or should I call you Erica?
Eric: Shut up.
Peter: Why, Erica doesn't seem to fit your feminine side?
Eric: (sarcastically) Ha ha, very funny.
Peter: Were you doing the facial again? 'Cause your skin looks so smooth and clean.
Eric: Enough. To be fair, I had a very important job interview the next day.

I'd like to know if "It is" is implied before "Because."
Thank you in advance for your help.

park sang joonI'd like to know by any chance, if I can interpret the sentence as the following."Because, your skin looks so smooth and clean."
That is not the best paraphrase. "Because" after a question is usually "The reason I ask is that".

Were you doing the facial again? 'Cause your skin looks so smooth and clean.
