Causative Verbs

Hi,

In the following sentence " want" is used as causative verb? I know that get, have, let, cause and make are causative verbs but I was never taught that want as causative verb.

You want him killed.

MFarooq In the following sentence " want" is used as causative verb? It works the same way as a causative verb. In my grammar book it's called a 'volitional verb' (with need and like ), and a third related group are the perceptual verbs ( see, hear, feel , and watch ).
