Causative Verb

Hello to all
I have a Question. As we know when we use HAVE, as a Causative verb, The formula ( not for passive causative) in general is: [have + person + verb]. But i found this text from an English book that has used the verb to HAVE with a "TO" as if the formula in general is: [have + person + TO verb].
"The woman replied, "I already have someone to cut my lawn."
Is it a correct sentence? Is there any condition that we should use to with have as a conditional?

"I already have someone to cut my lawn."

The meaning here is possessive rather than causative..
Think of it this way.

I already possess someone whose job is to cut my lawn.

Thanks, Great logic, I got you.
As I told to the other veteran, you all are really veterans, because you are helping people that you don't know.
I respect your work and thanks for your help.

But to be honest with you, after 5 minutes, I am getting a little confused!!!
Let me ask you this way, what are the differences between meanings of these two sentences?
1. I already have someone to cut my lawn (or I already have my son to cut my lawn).
2. I already have someone cut my lawn (or I already have my son cut my lawn).
