Causative verb

Hello, teachers.

I'm studying causative verbs and I have two questions.

1) Is it impossible to use "let+~ing"?

Since she wished, I let her watching TV.

2) Does "having+~ing" have the samemeaning of "keep+~ing"?

(a)She had me waiting for a long time.

(b)She kept me waiting for a long time.

Do (a) and (b) express the same meaning?

Please answer two questions. Thank you for reading this.
