Causative Form - is that ok?

I had some doubts while doing my homework, can you tell me if it is correct?

1. Transform these sentences using the causative have.

A. It's time for me to have a haircut.

It's time I..............

(my version: It's time I had my hair cut./ It's time I had my haircut done. - which one is ok?)

B. A tailor altered his suit for the wedding.

He........... .

(He had his suit altered for the wedding by a tailor./ He had his suit altered by a tailor for the wedding.?)

2. Complete the sentences using the words in bold. Use two to five words including the word given.

A.Lucy makes friends easily because she has got so much confidence. is

Lucy _____________________________________ that she makes friends easily.

(Lucy is so self-confident that she makes friends easily.- but I'm not sure if I can add self... ;( Can I use only confident while taliking about people?

Lucy is such a confident person that she makes friends easily?)

And by the way how to ask the administrator to send me link to activate my login again cus I havent got it- I checked spam but it isn't there .
