cat's game

Hi,

It's said to be a "cat's game" when no one wins.

This sentence is taken from a How to play tic-tac-toe link.

Is the term "cat's game" exclusively used for tic-tac-toe? Or maybe there are other (kids'/fun) games where this term works as well?

I've never heard a draw in tic-tac-toe called a cat's game. No, it is not used for anything else.

I've never heard it either. When no one wins, the result is a draw or a tie.
