Cat's biggest enemy are dogs

Hi,

I'm totally confused about these sentences:

A cat's biggest enemy is a dog
Cat's biggest enemy is the dog
Cat's biggest enemy are dogs
Cats' biggest enemy are dogs
The cat's biggest enemy is the dog
The biggest enemy of the cat is the dog

The human immune system is the biggest enemy of the virus
A virus' biggest enemy is the human immune system
The virus' biggest enemy is the human immune system
Viruses' biggest enemy is the human immune system

Too many combinations, it makes my head spin. Please help me pick out the right sentences and get it over with.

Thanks!

Thank you! A quick question: Is it possible to say these sentences in a general context? By that I mean cats, dogs and viruses in general:

The biggest enemy of the cat is the dog
The human immune system is the biggest enemy of the virus

This confuses me, because "Who invented the watch" refers to watches in general, would I be able to do the same with dogs, cats and vi

Yes, but that is a very formal way. Using the plural is the usual way.
