Categorizing English expressions: voice, aspect, tense, etc.

Thus far I have tracked down the following:
.
  • tense: present (Ex. I like English.), past (Ex. I liked English.)
  • mood: indicative (Ex. I will go on a picnic if it is fine tomorrow ), subjunctive (Ex. I would go on a picnic if it were fine today.), imperative (Ex. Study English!)
  • aspect: simple (Ex. I study English.), progressive (Ex. I am studying English.), perfect (Ex. I have studied English), perfect-progressive (Ex. I have been studying English.)
  • voice: active (Ex. I use this pen.), passive (Ex. This pen is used by me.)
.
.
I would like to know which categories the following fit into:
.
  • affirmative/positive (Ex. This is a pen.), negative (Ex. This isn't a pen.)
  • declarative (Ex. This is a pen), interrogative (Ex. Is this a pen?), exclamatory (Ex. What a nice pen this is!)
  • simple (Ex. This is a pen), compound (Ex. This is my pen, but I don't like it.), complex (Ex. I know that he lives in America.)
.
Thanks in advance.
