Can I say,

(a)The building is catching fire now.

(b) The building is fire.

(c) The building is burning with fire.

(d) The building is getting fire now.

(e) The building had a fire.

(b) The building is fire. -- The building is on fire.

(c) The building is burning with fire. --- The building is burning. (if it's burning there must be a fire!)

(d) The building is getting fire now. --- Not OK - I'm not sure what you want to say here.
