I have to catch the train. Already time is running out fast.

I have to take the train. Already time is running out fast.

"catch" is when you are in a hurry.
"take" is for other times.

I'm going to Delhi tomorrow. I'm going to take the train.
If you want to get to London fast, you should take the train.
