Which of the following is correct, idiomatic and in the same sense with the others?

Yes, but is light not a different concept? For example, if it is winter you cannot use it but you can use related words again.

1) In summer people dress in casual clothes, like T-shirts and shorts.

Only #4 comes close, but to me, casual is even less formal than informal.

In my office, we could dress informally on Fridays, which means we could wear jeans, short-sleeve shirts and loafers.
T-shirts, shorts and sandals would have been totally unacceptable.
