I don't quite understand the differences between these five words.
Can you please tell me?

They can often have similar meanings but one is usually preferred over the others in a given situation.

Rather than trying to remember the definitions for each of the words, try to find them used in sentences. This will take some time and effort on your part but pretty soon you should be able to distinguish between them.

Thanks, but that's why I asked how you use them.

In my language, they all have one equivalent, so distinguishing between them may be very very difficult at times.
