Case sensitivity of letter headers and signing

I don't know whether I should use capital letters or simple letters in the following bolt letter. I mean, though I use capital letter to start the words, I'm not precisely sure about it. Therefore, I would really appreciate it if someone could let me know whether the following blot letters are appropriate or should I use simple letters instead of.

Yours Sincerely,
