Cars running on the road?

Hi,

Let's suppose I am driving my car on the highway.
Car B could run in different directions.
Car B could run towards me from behind; then we say "Car B is running towards me".
If car B overtakes me and runs faster than me, can we say "Car B is running away from me"?
If car B runs towars me from ahead, can we say ”Car B is running face to face with me"? Or "We drive face to face with each other"? Or "We run against each other"?
If car B runs towards me from ahead and later passes me, rushing away, can we say "We run back to back with each other"? Or "Car B is running with his back to me"?

Thanks very much!
