Hi,

In spite of being a life attitude, if I do not eat meat is not for ethical reasons, simply, I don't like it.

My lifetime attitude has been not to eat meat, although this is not for ethical reasons but rather that I simply don't like it.

Best wishes, Clive

Although cannot be used with but together in a sentence, right?

It's not easy, in this sentence, to interpret 'in spite of being a life attitude'.

Here's a short version: If I'm against eating meat, it's not for ethical reasons, but it's simply because I don't like it.
