Carried Forward of Annual leave














RE : CARRIED FORWARD OF ANNUAL LEAVE



I would like to request that my balance of Annual Leave be carried forward to 2005 (after ).



The reason is because my daughter is starting kindergarten next year and therefore, I would need to accompany her for a few days until she is accustomed to her new environment.



Even though I am entitle to 14 days Annual Leave for 2005, due to constraints on babysitter, I feel that the 2.5 days could serve as an additional reserve.



I sincerely hope that my request on the above subject will be approved.
