I do the same mistakes again and again because of careless.

I do the same mistakes again and again carelessly.

Your first sentence is incorrect. However, as Doll suggested, you could change the adjective 'careless' to the noun 'carelessness'.

I would suggest this rewording for your second sentence:
I carelessly make the same mistakes again and again.
