Could you please tell me which is grammatically correct? Is there a difference?

The more careful you are the more you'll dirty in surprisingly.

Are you referring to being careful with your nice clothes (which you are wearing at a dinner function while tackling a lobster ?) trying very to avoid splashing on it? Then I would say: it seems like the more careful you are with your clothes, the more likely you will get them dirt
