Career advice...

Hello friends..i had got only 52.3% in my 12 CBSE board and now i am doing Btech E&I in bharath university,chennai..i had got 64.3% in 1st sem with still one arrear phy1....and in 2nd sem i had got 46.9% and three arrears..now iam waiting for my 3rd sem results..

My questions are..
1>will i be able to go for campus interview becoz i had got below 60%in 12th and my sem results are getting worse..and many arrears
2>Will i be able to get well a good job with this percentile and arrears,do companies takes students with arrears and less percentage..
3>Iam planning to do atliest MBA in a good reputed colleges like IIM...so how much percentage is required in Btech and CAT to get into IIM..will they admit students with history of arrears..

Please help me....Emotion: sad..iam totally confuced...and depressed becoz my state
