Care to put ....

Hello ...

I have to translate a scene from this My little Pony TV series ... and don´t understand the following dialogue:

A: Nothing´s more powerfull than the Alicorn Amulet!

B: Care to put your amulet where your mouth is? How about another duell?

My problem: what means "Care to put your amulet where your mouth is?" I don´t understand the meaning of "care" in this context? Or is it an idiom, that I don´t see??

Thank you !
