care about and care for

1. What's the difference between care about and care for?

I care about you = I care for you?

You are the one I care about = You are the one I care for?

sometimes I get really confused.

2. What's the difference between think about and think of?

I think there should be a slight difference between those two words, right?

Thanks for answering
