Card locked, transaction completed... ATM expressions

Hi

I work for a bank and can´t understand why we use Card locked, transaction completed instead of Locked card, completed transaction, etc.

Are both forms right? Aren´t "completed" and "locked" ajectives so they should come before the nouns "card" and "transaction"?

We can also see expressons such as "expired card" which I consider ok...

I really need your help!

Thanks

Hi, I work for a bank and can´t understand why we use Card locked, transaction completed instead of Locked card, completed transaction, etc. In what context do you see these words? For instance, messages on screens are often just phrases, because they need to be short.
