Carbon Copy Multiple Recipients

I will be sending a letter to three parties total, but it will only be addressed to one. What is the proper etiquette for doing this? Do I put the two people who are receiving the copies on separate lines or on the same line?

Example:

Joe Smith

Address

Dear Joe,

Blah, blah, blah....

Sincerely,

Jane Doe

cc: Bob Smith, Billy Bob

OR

cc: Bob Smith

Billy Bob

OR something completely different?? : )

THANKS!!!!
