Carbon Copy / Courtesy Copy Letters

I have two questions concerning CC letters.

First, which is most appropriate to send to the CC recipient:

1. Send a copy of the original letter without my signature


2. Sign the original letter, copy the signed letter, and then send one of these copies to each CC


3. Individually sign each copy going to every CC


4. Some other alternative

Second, as far as enclosures, am I correct that in most situations you would also include a copy of all enclosures to each CC?
