Car negotiations mail

Hi everybody,

please, can someone ceck this first negotiations mail?

Dear Ms. yyyyy,

With reference to the mail “Lease car - xxxxxx” of Dr. kkkkkkk, could you please send me the lease quotations of the following cars:

1 – Audi A4 Avant 2.0 TDI Multitronic 140 (CV), Diesel
2 – Passat Variant sport 2.0 TDI 140 ECG
3 – BMW 320

as described in the enclosed documents.
I don’t know the quotation in Germany of this car so I can’t determinate myself the lease rate, therefore I would be greateful for any piece of advice from Carlease about version/option in order to reach the right lease rate.

Finally I’d like to know if the Audi A4 Avant quotations will refer to the new version (in Italy will be distributed from september) or old version.

I look forward to hearing from you,

Your sincerely,

xxxxxxxxxx

Tanks in advance

First, I want thank you.

I'm sending an e-mail, so do you think that "as described in the attached documents" would be better?

What does mean "which version/option to go for in order to reach"? I never met this construction.

What they are asking you to do is re-submit for a quotation, using a valid car configuration [ie - you must be sure of what various options the manufacturers offer on the different models]. You should be able to access the manufacturers' sites in English.

So your next step is to say:
