Car jargon

I would like to know some auto jargon. I would like to correctly say so that in a conversation it is correct. Can you help me?

What's the [gas] mileage on/ of your car?
What kind of mileage do you get with this?

This care consumes/uses a lot of gas

What year is the car?
When was the car put in circulation?

a A car on average has about 400,000 miles on it before it dies with good maintenance.
b Motor bikes don't have the same mileage on them. They last about 150,000 miles.

c How many miles can you put on a motorcycle?
d How many miles does a motorcycle last?
e How many miles can I get out of my motorcycle?

f This car has another few months to live. It has another 5000 miles on it. It is 20 years old. It's about time it died.

g Both sets have a few thousand miles left on the tires.

If there car drives right into you while you are making a turn onto a street perpendicular, you will most likely be at fault for presumption of negligence. You could get sued on grounds of negligence.

Can you move your seat up? Can you move your seat back up? If the seat is recline which do I say?

I would like to use demographic does this have to do with cars? How do I use it?

There was a raise in demographic in this area since last year.

The sentences are all okay with the exception of:
Can you move your seat up? Can you move your seat back up? If the seat is recline which do I say? Can you raise the seat?
When was the car put in circulation? This is a correct sentence, but it isn't very natural.
