Car insurance claim
To Whom It May Concern:
I am writing to complain about my motorcycle insurance claim being partially paid.
On January 4, 2010, I called Ms. Janice of Norkis main to ask if how much is the approved claim of my motorcycle and she told me P2,500 only.
I am very concerned about the amount approved by your company is not sufficient to pay the parts of the said motorcycle. the job estimate made by Norkis San mateo amounting to seven thousand pesos more or less was not approved.
Please re-evaluate your computation of my claim because I have no money to pay for the excess expenses.
I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible.

Hi, I suggest that you give them your policy number. To Whom It May Concern: Never start a business letter with this phrase. Try to use an actual name, if you can find one, eg Dear Mr.
