I'm translating some captions from Japanese to English, and I'm having difficulties.....

The board of education in my town is now making a film(a short, breif one) to introduce our town to the guests from other countries. A historical conference is going to be held next week, and there will be some guests(archeologists) from overseas.

Now that I've read your explanations, I agree with your choices of "facilities" and "site". I would not change those.

The last one seems to me to be best captioned as "Workshop in Paper Making", where the word "workshop" means a gathering of people who wish to work together to learn something with the help of a group leader, for example. I think that is the sort of th
