Captain Jack Sparrow's florid style

Hello everybody,
I am having trouble to get the meaning of this 'weasely black guts' piece in the sentences I cite below. Does 'guts' in this case mean something like 'fortitude' or 'attitude', perhaps? But to pilfer it out? If my assumption as to the meaning of 'guts' was correct I'd rather expect something like 'express' instead of 'pilfer'.

Well, then, I confess, it is my intention to commandeer one of these ships.
Pick up a crew in Tortuga, raid, pillage, plunder and otherwise pilfer my weasely black guts out.
Regards,
Wiktor Szychowiak
