Capitalize the phrases?

Hi. I'm not sure whether a person will have a day when he has to answer these kinds of questions on a sheet, but let's assume one has to today. I don't travel much. Should the phrase "For sightseeing" be capitalized?

1. What is the purpose of your visit?

For sightseeing (For pleasure - OK?)

How about these? Should we capitalized the phrases "For sightseeing" and "My younger brother," assuming one has to answer these and write the answers on a sheet?

Q: Which country do you want to visit?

China

Reason: For sightseeing

Q: Who is accompanying you in this trip?

My younger brother
