00I don't think that people would be so cruel to take out points for this! However, I recommend paying attention. For example, my boss is a native speaker, and he kinda gets upset when he sees such mistakes in reports or letters. One advice he gave me "When ever you're uncertain about a word, just don't capitalize!" Ever
