capitalize it or not

0Hi,02br
02br
00Nona wrote the sentence:02br
02br
00I take home and say "who wants some pizza?"02br
02br
00Shouldn't she have capitalized "who"? The quoted part isn't a natural?? part of a sentence but is that of a quotation, and that makes a difference in deciding whether to capitalize this kind of phrase or clause, I think.02br
02br
00How about this?02br
02br
00I usually say something like "Everyone will be welcomed in my party."02br
02br
00Should I capitalize 'Everyone'? I think I receive a web source regarding this topic but cannot make it fucunctional for situations like this (maybe due to my own fault). 0-

00How about these? Do you feel that since these are complete sentences? Should they be capitalized? Do you feel since they are not clauses, they need not be capitalized? Only clauses that can be considered sentences need to be capitalized? I think a post before indicated this type need not be capitalized.02br
