Capitalization question

This is text from the field of philosophy.

It begins: " In the Paraplegia Case, we must choose..."

Are Parplegia and Case capitalized?

I have the same question with the phrase "Unequal Lifespan Case"

Thank you!

I have the same question with the phrase "Unequal Lifespan Case" If they refer to specific cases so termed, it is a reasonable choice. I am not familiar with legal English practice, however.
