Capitalization of Titles - "as"

In a guide concerning capitalization of titles, I read that, if "as" is followed by a verb, then "as" should be capitalized. Do you agree with this? Could you give an example or two of a proper sentence having "as" followed by a verb.

Thank you.Emotion: hi

It's difficult to agree or disagree with so abstract a concept -- do you know any titles with 'as' and with and without a verb followiing it?

A lot of song titles for example --just searching through Rhapsody, contain the word 'as', but I cannot find nor think of an example with a verb immediately following.
