for example:

Thank you for offering me the position of Manager.

I am appliying for the position of Manager.

In all my years of working as a manager and teacher, I have gained the necessary skills and experience to.....

The manager asked the visitors to leave.

I was summoned by the Manager to the office.

And if Im going to use "the management" collectively, should it be capitalized all the time?

Hi, When do we use capitals for job titles? I would say we do not follow definite rules for this. It tends to be somewhat idiomatic.
