Capitalization of flavours

Hi teachers,

Does British speakers capitalize the following flavours?

Cookies & Cream
Mint Chocolate Chip
Rocky Road
Almond Fudge
Green Tea ice cream
Mocha Fudge
Toasted Almond ice cream
Butter Pecan
Rum Raisin
Pistachio Almond
Rainbow Sherbert
Toasted Coconut

BE speakers writing those would not capitalise them.

In normal usage they would not be capitalised, but it they are considered brand names or parts of brand names then they may be.

In the US, they might well be capitalized on a printed menu or a displayed sign. Otherwise, not very likely.

Tricky, isn't it? The flavors can't be capitalized, but their initial letters can. But wait! Do flavors have initial letters? Or is it their names that do? Or is this, by chance, something from "Alice in Wonderland"?
