Grammar

capitalization of "aunt'" and "room

Hi.

Is it correct to write, "My Aunt goes East each winter," or "My aunt goes east each winter?"

Also, is it correct to say, "Her office is in Room 218," or "Her office is in room 218?" Help, please. Thanks
