Capitalization

Hello

Am i correct in thinking that "japanese cuisine" would not be capitilized, as it is used in a general way? please help!

No. 'Japanese' always needs to be capitalised and so does the pronoun 'I '. If it's part of a title , 'Cuisine' does, too.

No. 'Japanese' always needs to be capitalised and so does the pronoun 'I'.

If it's part of a title, 'Cuisine' does, too.
