When addressing a group of people as a pronoun, for example "Dear Industry Collegues," Should Industry Colleagues be capitalized?

It would depend on how formal you need to be with them. If you want an informal exchange, don't capitalize, but an Important Announcement might benefit from capitalization more than an important announcement in lower-case.
