Capitalization

Would the word "foundation" be capitalized in the second sentence below since it references a specific foundation that has been named earlier in the paragraph? The PMA Educational Foundation provides training and education for the industry. The Foundation has an endowment of more than $2.5 million."

Anon, this is a matter of style. Chicago Manual of Style would say no, leave it lower case in the second usage.
