I really can't decide the right way to write my tagline. I have not cited my actual tagline but have substituted for something very similar.
Is it:
Your Story. Wonderfully Witty. Infinitely Memorable.
Or:
Your story. Wonderfully witty. Infinitely memorable.
Or:
Something else?

These are just 3 brief phrases. They are not sentences. The rules of grammar only apply very loosely in such cases. The main point is simply to choose which version is more pleasing to the eye.
