Capital 'S' or small 's'

Hi,

I'm wondering when you sign off in a formal letter which of the two is correct?

1) Yours Sincerely or

2) Yours sincerely

Small 's'. Only the first word of any complimentary closing is capitalized (unless it contains a proper noun): Yours truly Faithfully yours Best regards Cheers Yours in Christ etc.
